Relationship Group?

Make no mistake, a Relationship Group is not for everyone. Let's assume you are aware that you need support to change how you relate with other people.

Believe it or not, it's not easy to find the kind of support you need. But even if you were to find people wanting to change, it doesn't mean they will have the basic knowledge of how to change.

But first here's why a group is better than individual coaching:

• Rapidly share individual and team ideas, for mutual benefit. As a result, great ideas are quickly integrated and distributed world-wide.
• As you might guess, it's easier to learn the lesson when we observe it happening to others.
• Best of all,since peer support is a requirement for lasting change, a group is the only way for change to stick.
• But better still, you get the 100-200 years of combined wisdom of the group members, accelerating the transfer of knowledge. The bottom line is participants reach their goals faster.
• Oh, yes, and lets not forget that I will be adding my guidance and my 20 years of experience helping people change.

No doubt about it you get more from a group.

Let me explain

First of all, Group coaching is done by teleconference, and most coaching groups meet twice a month, for 60 minutes per call. Each group generally includes 6-10 participants.

Secondly, since Group Coaching is done over the phone, you can be anywhere, even on vacation and still particpate.

Let's take a closer look:

• The first is comprised of individuals who are in no way reltaed to one another, but are all driven by the desire to have a more successful life.
• The second type is for employees within a company who want to gain the relationship skills they need to get promoted and acheive personal success.

Just for the record

You'll be glad to know that participating in a group is a better financial bargain than individual coaching. You get all that combined knowledge and experience of the entire group of people, and you don't pay as much as for individual coaching sessions.

With that in mind, here are the details

1. Groups meet twice a month for 60 minutes
2. 6-10 people in each group
3. Recording of each session to maximize your benefit
4. One 15 minute private "laser coaching" session a month
5. The audio version of "Oh, Wow This changes everything"
6. Anytime access to an online discussion group to exchange ideas and obtain support between sessions

And, believe it or not, you get all of this for only $250 a month. Groups are term limited to six months, but can be extended if the group so desires and my time is available.
